Winter 2026 S&C Training

Developing Athleticism Summer S&C Training

 

​This summer S&C training program uses fun, age-appropriate exercises that aim to instill proper movement mechanics, athleticism and a love for fitness. Athletes who attend these sessions will help lay the groundwork for long-term athletic success and injury resiliency.

Dates: July 3 – July 31, 2025

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11-12pm

Who: Open to athletes of all sports aged 10-13 years

Fees: $135 +gst

 

Reaching Excellence Summer S&C Training

This summer S&C program is tailored to help athletes reach for excellence and achieve their full potential in their chosen sport by building strength, stamina and power, all in a structured environment driven by performance.

Dates: July 3 – July 31, 2025

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10-11am

Who: Open to athletes of all sports aged 13-18 years

Fees: $135 +gst

 

Train to Dominate Summer S&C Training

This high-performance summer S&C program is built for serious athletes ready to commit and dominate. It’s a focused, structured plan to build strength, explosiveness, and resilience that shows up on game day. Whether you're prepping for tryouts, maximizing the off-season, or staying ahead of the competition — this is your opportunity to train with purpose.

Dates: July 2 – August 20, 2025

Times: Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm

Who: Open to athletes of all sports aged 15-18 years

Fees: $215 +gst

Foundations of Strength 

 

​This winter's S&C training program uses fun, age-appropriate exercises that aim to instill proper movement mechanics, athleticism and a love for fitness. Athletes who attend these sessions will build an athletic foundation of strength and stability. This foundation will set them up for long-term success in sport and life.

Dates: January 27 to March 10, 2026

   *No classes Feb 17

Times: Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Who: Open to athletes of all sports aged 10-13 years

Fees: $90 +gst

 

Next Level Athleticism

This winter's S&C program is tailored to help athletes reach for the next level in their chosen sport by building strength, stamina and power, all in a structured environment driven by performance.

Dates: January 27 to March 12, 2026

   *No classes Feb 17 or 19

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Who: Open to athletes of all sports aged 13-18 years

Fees: $170 +gst

Spring 2026 S&C Training

Rising Athletes 

This program will help rising athletes develop strength, coordination, and movement skills while learning how to train like an athlete.

Who it’s for: Open to athletes of all sports ages 10-13

Dates: April 9 to May 14, 2026

Times: Thursdays at 5:00 - 6:00 pm 

Investment: $90+gst​

 

Athletic Edge

This program is designed for athletes ready to build strength, speed, power and confidence to give them a competitive edge in their sport.

Who it’s for: Open to athletes of all sports ages 13-18

Dates: April 7 to May 14, 2026

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Investment: $170 +gst

Customized S&C Training

With this training option the athlete trains 1-on-1 with a Certified S&C Coach, following a fully customized program tailored to their unique needs and goals, while receiving real-time feedback, encouragement, and corrections.

Personal S&C Training

1 hour

Small group of youth athletes

With this training option a small group of 2-5 athletes attend sessions together and work with a Certified S&C Coach. The program will be created based on the common goals and needs of the group. The athletes receive group instruction, individualized corrections, and ongoing encouragement.

Private Small Group Training

Team strength and conditioning training

With this training option, teams train with a Certified S&C Coach, following a program to boost performance. Athletes receive team instruction, individualized corrections, and motivation in a competitive, team-focused environment.
